These Terms and Conditions are between the User and MyPayIndia. By using this service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Terms

• MyPayIndia is not a real payment processing service or bank. Any transaction made to any other payment methods is not valid. No money is taken from or sent to any external financial account the User specifies on this platform.
• MyPayIndia does not guarantee data security for the User's personal data. How MyPayIndia handles the User's data is described in the Privacy Policy.
• MyPayIndia is made purely for satire.
• MyPayIndia does not mock or discriminate against the Indian People or the Country of India.
• MyPayIndia does not use the real Indian Rupee and it does not account for the value of the real Indian Rupee. The MyPayIndia Innovative Rupee is not a valid currency in India and it cannot be exchanged for foreign currency.
• MyPayIndia Investment Opportunities™ and any other games on MyPayIndia are played only with the MyPayIndia Innovative Rupee. Any winnings have no real value and cannot be withdrawn, cashed out or exchanged for real money, goods or services.
• The User has the right to delete their account at any time from their account settings, or to contact MyPayIndia and request the deletion of their data from the platform.

2. Conditions

• The User will not use this service as a real financial account for the purpose of exchanging goods and services or for processing payments for a business or service of any kind that is owned or provided by The User.
• The User shall not use the MyPayIndia Merchants API, a service that allows third-party websites to process payments through MyPayIndia, for any website that is operated by a business that provides real goods or services. This service is meant solely for satirical websites or fictional businesses that do not provide real goods or services.
• The User shall not use the shop on their profile to sell real goods or services, or to arrange payment for any listing outside of MyPayIndia. Shop listings are meant solely for satirical or fictional items.
• The User must refrain from using any of their personally identifiable information while registering their account on this platform.
• The User accepts that it is their responsibility if they enter their Personally Identifiable Information on this website and it gets leaked because of a security incident.

3. User Content

• The User is responsible for anything they post on MyPayIndia, including their profile, shop listings, order attachments and news articles.
• The User shall not post content that is illegal, explicit, harasses or threatens other users, impersonates another person, or contains the personal information of another person.
• MyPayIndia may remove any content posted by the User at any time and without notice.

4. Fair Use

• The User shall not exploit bugs or errors on MyPayIndia to gain MyPayIndia Innovative Rupees or any other advantage, and should report them to MyPayIndia instead.
• The User shall not use bots, scripts or automated tools to play games, send transactions or otherwise interact with MyPayIndia, except through the official MyPayIndia API.
• The User shall not create or use multiple accounts to gain MyPayIndia Innovative Rupees or to get around a suspension.

5. Suspension

• MyPayIndia may suspend or delete the account of any User that breaks these Terms and Conditions, with or without notice.
• MyPayIndia may adjust or remove any MyPayIndia Innovative Rupees that were gained by breaking these Terms and Conditions.

6. Changes to These Terms

• MyPayIndia may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version number and date at the top of this page will change when they are updated.
• By continuing to use MyPayIndia after the Terms and Conditions are updated, the User accepts the new version.
